Built for people who are done performing okay and ready to do something real.
We're not here to motivate you.
Motivation fades. What you need is structure, accountability, and a framework that actually holds when life gets hard.
What PEAK347 FNDN is
PEAK347 FNDN is a transformation platform rooted in cognitive behavioral principles, built around three pillars: Mind, Body, and Spirit. Not as a slogan. As a system.
The 347 Code is the framework that holds it together. 3 Pillars, 4 Domains, 7 Principles, designed to give you a structure for change that doesn’t collapse the moment your feelings do.
This is not a motivational community. It’s a development one. The work here is intentional, the accountability is real, and the standard is simple: show up, be honest, and keep going.
Who This Is For
If you’ve been carrying things you were never taught to name, grief, silence, anger, stagnation, you’re in the right place.
PEAK347 is for anyone who knows something needs to change and is finally ready to stop waiting for the right moment to start.
Within the foundation, Father Figure is the dedicated lane for men navigating fatherhood, identity, and what it means to lead the people who are watching them closest.
The Programs
PEAK347 FNDN is the house. The programs are the rooms, each one built for a specific person, a specific season, a specific kind of work.
Father Figure is the flagship. Built for men navigating fatherhood, identity, and the weight of being someone’s example before they ever figured out who they were. It’s not about being a perfect father. It’s about being an honest one and doing the work that makes that possible.
Mother Figure is coming. The same framework, the same standard, built specifically for women, mothers, caregivers, and the women who lead the people watching them closest. Because the work of showing up whole isn’t exclusive to one gender. It just looks different depending on who’s carrying it.
More programs are being developed inside the PEAK347 framework. Each one rooted in the same three pillars, Mind, Body, Spirit, and the same commitment: structure, accountability, and real change for people who are ready to stop waiting.
Shea Lee. Founder & Lead Coach, PEAK347 FNDN
"I Built This Because I Needed It."
I spent years operating in high-accountability environments: the military, project management, IT administration. Environments where performance was the expectation and struggle was something you managed privately. Like most people, I got very good at functioning. And like most people, functioning eventually wasn’t enough.
The work that became PEAK347 didn’t start as a brand. It started as a personal reckoning with identity, with fatherhood, with the patterns that don’t break themselves just because you’re aware of them. CBT gave me a framework. The military gave me discipline. Fatherhood gave me a reason. Psychology gave the language. PEAK347 is what happened when all of it came together with a single question: what would it look like to actually build something that helps people change?
I built PEAK347 FNDN for the person who is smart enough to understand their patterns and still struggling to break them. For the parent trying to be different from what they came from. For the person who has survived everything and is finally ready to build something with what’s left.
I am not a guru. I am not selling a lifestyle. I am someone doing the work alongside you with a framework, a standard, and no interest in pretending it’s easy.
The Standard
Structure. Accountability. Real Change. That’s not marketing language. That’s the operating principle behind everything built inside PEAK347.
Structure because transformation without a framework is just good intentions. Most people don’t fail because they lack the desire to change, they fail because they have no system to hold them when the desire runs out. The 347 Code exists to be that system. Something you can return to when you’re tired, when you’re off track, when you’ve convinced yourself it’s not worth it anymore.
Accountability because real change doesn’t happen in isolation. It happens in community, in the presence of people who know where you’re trying to go and refuse to let you pretend you’re not going there. Accountability inside PEAK347 isn’t judgment. It’s the opposite. It’s the agreement that you’re worth the honesty, and that the people around you are too.
Real Change because that’s the only thing worth building toward. Not a better performance of okay. Not a cleaner version of the same patterns. Actual change, in how you think, how you respond, how you show up for the people in your life and for yourself.
This is the work. It’s not fast. It’s not comfortable. But it’s real and for the people who are ready for that, PEAK347 exists to be the structure that holds them through it.
